In order for CSG to conduct a security assessment of your function, it is a requirement that you complete this form. It is important that this form is completed irrespective of whether you expect CSG to protect your function. Ensure that you provide as much accurate information as possible as this will affect the security arrangements at your function.

We promote a community culture of safety and security by providing leadership, skills and tools based on decades of experience. We empower the community to protect themselves by offering consultation on safety and security matters, crisis management leadership during critical incidents, best practice policies and procedures, threat and vulnerability assessments, training, and education.

When you donate to CSG, it is paid to a gift fund held by the Council for Jewish Community Security. This tax-deductible donation will then be distributed to CSG. An invoice will be issued to you for your donation, which you can use to claim a deduction. All tax deductions over $2 are tax deductible.
